Shipping policy

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

• We aim to offer a First-Class Delivery Service on all of our orders with selected courier partners.

• We offer next day and standard delivery.

• Standard delivery is within 3-5 working days which can vary slightly depending on the size of your order. 

• All next day delivery items must be ordered before 10:00 in order for us to deliver the goods to the ParcelShop before 12pm.

• On a weekday the courier will do their best to deliver the goods the following working day.

• Next day delivery is only offered to certain locations and additional surcharge may occur if delivering to remote locations.

• While we endeavour to ship orders to arrive on the requested delivery date we cannot guarantee the service provided by our shipping partners.

• We aim to process orders within 24 hours, although it may take longer during busy times.
